June Monthly Meeting

“WE THE PEOPLE”

Donnell Williams, Founder and President of “House Then The Car, Owner of Destiny Realty, and Chair of the Morris County Black Caucus will present “We the People – A Call to Action for Democrats in Morris County” at our monthly meeting. All local democrats are invited to join us on Monday June 20th (The Juneteenth Federal Holiday) from 7:00-8:30 at the Mount Olive Municipal Building at 204 Flanders-Drakestown Road or by Zoom.

Donnell Williams is the broker of record and owner of Destiny Realty, one of the largest African American independently owned real estate brokerages in the State of New Jersey with offices in Morristown (headquarters) and Newark, New Jersey.
Donnell also serves as Founder and President of House Then The Car (“HTTC”), the Black Brokers Network (BBN) and The Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance (“BREPA”).

A long-time advocate of black home ownership, Mr. Williams has been actively involved in promoting home ownership in the African American community. Donnell believes home ownership is one way to assist the communities in developing a path toward generational wealth while simultaneously decreasing the wealth gap. His vision and leadership skills proven beneficial in his rise from Regional Vice president
to President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.

Mr. Williams also founded multiple initiatives and organizations with which to partner HTTC and BREPA, namely, The Impact Campaign and The Black Brokers Network being a few of the most celebrated. He also currently serves as a Chairman of the Board of the New Jersey Association of Minority Real Estate Professionals.

Donnell is a committee associate on the Board of Adjustments in Morris Township, New Jersey and holds memberships in the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors. Mr. Williams has been a licensed broker in good standing since 2001.

Donnell’s community and civic involvements include active membership as Grand Master of Most Worshipful Oriental Grand Lodge, a past member of Morris County Minority Concerns Advisory Committee, and an NAACP Silver Level Lifetime member.


House Then The Car is a national campaign to educate, empower and mobilize generations of African Americans about building wealth.
